Usually they describe them as quiet weirdos who are in contact with very few people.
An audial person is a complete egocentric. They are arrogant according to their feeling, they are the smartest above all others, that is why people may consider them as haughty individuals.
The most serious introverts, placed inside of their own body shell, totally focused on themselves and their inner states. The most frequent word they use are the pronouns “I” and “me.”
An audial child starts to ask questions about life's meaning at the age of 5 or 6 ,“Dad, who are we? What do we live for? What’s the purpose of life? What is death? What will happen to us after we die? What is space? What's Infinity? Why do I have my body, not my brother’s?” …
While reaching maturity these questions get drowned and replaced into the deep unconsciousness of a man. Later the questions emerge from the unconscious as signs of sorrow, depression, cosmic sadness, and can become extremely urgent during and after puberty.
Some audial men verbalize their inner questions, but it seems that something leads them to these mindsets and makes them talk about themes connected to those questions. For example, a physicist does not realize the motives of his research, he does not think,“Why am I studying the structure of the universe?”, he thinks he is solving the problem that nobody has solved before.
In the process of his search for the 'First Cause' the audial people practice different religions and spiritual methods. Sometimes they act in the opposite way, they want to prove that some god does not exist and become atheists. However only an audial man can seriously work to prove that the god does not exist because the question of a god’s existence belongs to audial type’s mind.
The audial type is unique because it is the only vector that does not have material desires. Sex, family, children, money, career, honor, respect, even knowledge – nothing from this list has any value for this type. It is the only one that has all desires concentrated on the cognition of their ego and the main Principle/Law of Universe/ the First Cause/God/Nature/etc.
His goal is to cognate a metaphysical world, regardless of all his other qualities (i.e eating, drinking, sleeping and breathing) The audial type is dominant thus has the strongest desire..
An audial man is completely asexual, all his desires are aimed at having no material spheres and they inhibit a sexual desire. Even the strongest libido provided by the lower vectors gets reduced by the upper vectors, especially by the audial .
An audial person often speaks in a low voice and does not like how their own voice sounds. Every time, before answering a question, they pause, “What? Did you say something? Me?” he asks repeatedly as if he hadn’t heard a question. It gives them time to emerge from their thoughts and give a good answer. They often make pauses, get distracted with thinking while speaking.
Such people often prefer a virtual connection to traditional types of contact; it is easier to write a message even if the receiver is in the same room rather than to say it face to face. Moreover, there are no smells and other elements that can influence what has been said over online conversations. While speaking, an audial man slightly closes eyes as if to switch off the visible and the outer world, thus concentrating on his sounds, words, intonations.
An audial person prefers to socialize with people like him. They understand each other without words, enjoy sharing silence, “It’s pleasure for us to be silent with each other”.
Night is the audial time of a day. In a primitive society a person of the audial type was a nocturnal guard. Their function was to be awake while others were sleeping and watch over them. They listened attentively to the silence in case a stick crackled under a leopard’s paw. Even now, audial people feel much better in the evenings and at night than during the daytime therefore, they tend to go to bed late and have difficulties with a normal daily schedule, it is hard for them to wake up early and it takes time to do it.
In modern society the audial people still keep watch over others at night, but in different ways: surfing Internet, listening to the music, reading books, thinking.
An audial child is quieter than other children, they do not run around and make a lot of noise at recess, they prefer solitude. He is a quiet weirdo with the eyes of an adult, thoughtful and unsociable. Their face does not have an expression and reflects no feelings at all. At the same time an audial child experiences even bigger and deeper emotions, but does not show it. So, we even do not guess that have any.
The way a child behaves at school tells us a lot about their state. A child with a suppressed audial vector is unsociable and solitary. It is difficult for them to speak the same language with their classmates. At night they are busy with their own things, live in their own worlds of fantasy, ideas and music. They always sleep late. As a result they slumber in the morning and fail tests that are usually given in the morning classes. Such children risk joining a list of bad students and by mistake be diagnosed as mentally retarded.
If such a child develops properly under good conditions, they demonstrate brilliant intellectual abilities and good learning capability. The audial children sense intonations and sounds of speech very well and are able to speak a foreign language without accent. They possess abstract thinking and can solve the most difficult problems in physics and math. They win contests and become the best in their sphere.
The key point is to take the right approach with such children. Parents should provide their children with the most favorable conditions: silence and a chance to stay alone. Loud sounds like slamming doors or rattling dishes are harmful for an audial child. Never insult or shout at them, “Why did I give birth to you?!” Humiliation and parental fights can seriously reduce the learning and communicative capability of such children. This is how they first damage their most sensitive zone – their ears. Autism is an injured audial vector and an extreme degree of stress can result in a neurosis or schizophrenia.
The most comfortable state for an audial person is silence. Silence is a means to go inside of one's self and the only way to think. They avoid noisy places and companies, they prefer to stay alone.
Audial people possess an abstract type of intellect, which potentially is the most powerful to cognate abstract, non-material concepts. Creation of ideas and their dissemination relate to the audial type. These ideas are global, they change the world around us, they set the line of humankind's development and the direction of social reforms. The development and realization of the audial vector determines the direction of their ideas –from inhuman (underdeveloped and frustrated like Hitler) to moving nations forward(like Czialkovsky, Einstein, Landau, Tesla and others).
The audial vector is one of the three “reading” vectors. They like poetry, science fiction, and books on philosophy and psychology. They study esoterism, religions, theology and physics. While awake at night they philosophize while looking at a starry sky for hours, it brings them a kind of tranquility.
Audial people love music. They chose it according to their mood. The desire to listen to loud hard rock is an attempt to soothe pain from the absence of opportunity to satisfy audial desires. Music fulfills audial desires on a lower level. Lately it can not completely satisfy the audial vector although because of the growth of their temperament i.e. increases in their desire. An audial person whose subconscious desires are fulfilled does not depend on music, they prefer silence.
Centuries ago the audial type could be fulfilled with philosophy, music or poetry and realized that they themselves were philosophers, theologists, musicians, physicists, poets anddirectors. However nothing can slake their thirst for real spiritual comprehension. Audial people are in difficult conditions feeling more or less realized in their inner search that can not be satisfied.
Wide spread computer game addiction (especially those that contain violence) is an indicator of the depressed audial vector. Immersion in a computer game increases isolation and provokes misanthropic ideas for sick audial people.
Depression is abnormal state of the audial vector, but unfortunately the most frequent among the audial people. Finding a way out of depression turns out to be an extremely difficult task. They cannot cope with their role, tormented by inner questions, melancholic and restless, they sometimes decide to commit suicide hoping to get to God through a back door, “Life has no meaning, my soul is painfully cramped inside my body”. They think they release their soul from the body hoping for eternity in another world… but they are wrong. We are able to execute the audial function only if we live a normal life with our bodies.
An audial man is cocooned in his own thoughts, musing on about something; he is remote from the outer world. Every little piece of an audial Ego is focused on inner self-contemplation. Such self-concentration is an attempt to understand something that is just impossible to understand with our minds, to grasp a piece of subconscious territory. They lose contact with the material world and simply forget to eat or drink, being completely absorbed with themselves. Even when at the point of almost fainting they do not understand what is happening. “Did you eat? When? Don’t remember? Maybe yesterday?!. Go and eat, you’ll feel better.” Audial people are the ones who do not sense their body. They are certain that their body and mind exist separately. Sometimes it seems to them that their body disturbs them, it is heavy to carry, it is hungry and so on, it hinders them from performing their task. Audial people’s task is the hardest work, mental work. There is no harder work than mind work of the audial vector.
Audial desires are the most difficult to verbalize, they are caused by some sort of search, mostly unidentified. Neither a material thing nor being can fulfill this emptiness. People of the other vectors will never understand people of the audial vector, “Stop fooling around!? You have everything! What else do you want? You keep saying the same thing, 'There is no meaning, why do everything exist!?' Live like everybody else!”
Subconsciously audial people lack the answers to inner questions and to them it feels like a toothache on a holiday: life is in full swing, but not for them. They suffer from a failure in searching for meaning and are tormented by the purposelessness of existence.
An audial person who can not cope with such enormous inner tension falls into depression, starts doing drugs, suffers from insomnia, headaches and being driven to despair can decide to commit a suicide.
Potentially, an audial person has the brightest abstract intellect and can understand a spirituality for the whole of humanity. Undeveloped and unrealized states of the audial vector cannot find their calling, they're doomed to wander in the maze of shallow, obsolete, flimsy and even crazy reflective intellectual delusions.
For the first time in the history of mankind Vector Systems psychology gives key knowledge that unlocks the door to the introverted, closed within the inner psychic space of this so called “otherworldly” audial type . It lets audial people understand and realize their natural qualities and desires and fulfills them. The knowledge that Vector Systems psychology provides brings audial men to the highest level of development.
